Greenland Seafood is one of the largest producers of fish products in Europe. With around 600 employees, we produce fish sticks, gourmet fillets, portion fillets and numerous other fish convenience products and natural fillets every day.
AliSa International GmbH, based in Hamburg, is the parent company of the production facilities in Wilhelmshaven and Boulogne-sur-Mer in France as well as the sales organizations in Bremen and Paris.
Greenland Seafood is part of Sofina Foods Inc, a privately owned Canadian company. With its expansion into Europe and the UK in 2021, Sofina Foods expanded its extensive portfolio, which includes production facilities for poultry, beef, pork and fish. Sofina Foods employs over 13,000 people across 19 locations in Canada and 23 locations in the UK, Ireland, Germany and France.
We are looking for the next possible date for our location in Wilhelmshaven a:
IT System Administrator (m/f/d)
full-time
Your tasks:
- You are the contact person (m/f/d) for all IT-relevant topics
- You develop and support the infrastructure for IT and operating technology in the plants
- You rectify errors to minimize downtimes
- You create and maintain documentation on system configurations, infrastructure, etc.
- You track and continuously improve the processes for managing incidents, problems, changes and capacities
- You identify vulnerabilities and work as part of the team to develop action plans to improve services and proactively manage services
Your profile:
- Preferably you have completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration and/or have several years of professional experience in this field
- You have good knowledge of network setup and administration
- You have very good knowledge in the handling of Active Directory and in the area of virtualization of server systems
- You also have a proactive mindset, a high problem-solving orientation and a mentality of continuous improvement
