Facts
- Lead sales projects, incl contract negotiations for the technical product part, in coordination Corp Sales Org
- Manage sales projects for specific products & acquire new customers & develop customer loyalty
- Accountable for preparing proposals, quotations, business planning & risk assessment for sales projects for service components in the product portfolio
- Prepare for risk analyses, present & evaluate risk profile. Support internal approval process & coordinate content with Controlling, Legal & Finance
- Draft contracts & negotiate with the customer based on a negotiating mandate with the Corp Sales Org/ independently for specific products & coordinate with internal interfaces
- Develop & coordinate customer specific solutions & sales strategies based on customer feedback & target customer analyzes

The ideal Product Sales Manager EPAR should meet the following requirements:
- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience within sales respectively at customer interface preferably in the field of aviation maintenance, repair, and overhaul
- Ability to read, understand & interpret customer requirements
- Excellent English language skills
- Good Skills with Microsoft products and experience with ERP System (SAP preferable)
- Willingness for continuing trainings
- Excellent customer service skills with customer-oriented attitude, strong ability to build close relationships with customers
- Like work with people, solve problems & develop yourself by being challenged in your day-to-day work
- Ability & self-driven motivation to adapt & solve complex challenges and new ways of business
