Our Global Graduate Program (GGP) is an entry-level opportunity designed for college graduates with 1-3 years of work experience who want to fast-track their career, globally. Become a Global Graduate in Operations
As a Global Graduate in Operations, you will be provided a foundation for your functional and leadership skills as well as business awareness development. Our Operations function is comprised of Manufacturing (RJRT, ASC, and SFNTC), Leaf, Engineering, Supply Chain (Logistics, Planning, Wholesale Services, and New Production Introduction), Quality and Procurement. While you’ll be assigned to one area you will receive exposure to all areas through our rotational program. You’ll develop remarkable skills in Operations management, understand best practices, and learn how to partner with function leaders throughout the organization to achieve results.
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
The GGP offers:

- Global Graduates are assigned a mentor to support learning and development through continuous feedback, coaching, and evaluation.
Responsibilities:
- Own key projects that drive business and financial results (i.e. Procurement, Supply Chain, ESG, Safety, Process Analysis/Optimization, Quality, Resource Utilization, Waste Reduction, etc.)
- Leading your own team (depending on rotational assignment).
- Deliver assigned projects at a high-level through collaboration and self-leadership.
- Investigate and analyze more complex issues and defer to higher tiers of support as appropriate.
- Support Change management initiatives.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Experience Required

- Prior internship, practicum experience; student organization or other leadership experience.

Education / Qualifications/ Certifications Required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Industrial Management, Business, STEM or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Operations or related field.
