Your future plans
The Real Estate Management of RWE Technology International GmbH operates worldwide as a property service provider for the RWE Group. We rent and let commercial and residential properties as well as open spaces for RWE companies and act as the main contact for the RWE Group in matters relating to rental contracts. Become part of our #RWE team and take on the following tasks:

• Independent and autonomous negotiation, preparation and support of rental and lease agreements
• Reviewing external contract drafts for international locations in coordination with local law firms / brokers
• Supporting internal and external tenants and landlords
• Creation of Microsoft PowerPoint presentations and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets for rent calculation, space management and demand planning
• Written and verbal communication and collaboration with internal and external partners in German and English
• International location search and inspection of rental properties, realisation of handovers and returns
• Cost and budget control in coordination with technicians and property managers
• Timely compliance with notices, options and reporting obligations in consultation with other organisational units and support functions
• Maintaining property-related data in the CAFM system

Your powerful skills

• Successfully completed commercial training, ideally in the property sector
• Relevant professional experience in the property business, ideally in a legal environment
• Experience in the use of common IT systems, such as Microsoft Office and SAP (KP1 / KP3)
• Business fluent in German and English
• Independent working style, reliability and sense of responsibility
• Strong organisational skills and a structured way of working
• Willingness to travel and flexibility

Advantageous, but not a must

• Additional foreign language skills
• Experience of working with international partners, including in project structures
• Experience with CAFM and geoinformation systems as well as SAP and/or Planon
