YOUR TASKS
- Implementation of projects in the field of reporting: You successfully realize projects for the provision of forms and templates for end customers in the utilities industry and provide creative impulses for our customers and present yourself as a partner at eye level
- Proactive customer management: As a proactive customer manager, you understand how to build a trusting and personal relationship with your customers and generate a high level of customer satisfaction through successful service provision and further development
- Innovation: you think beyond the project and proactively contribute your ideas to the further development of our standard reports and templates
- Active participation: As a strong team player, you actively contribute to the transfer of knowledge and the further development of the product and the entire consulting team
YOUR PROFILE
- Qualifications: You have a successfully completed degree in computer science or a comparable qualification and at least 2 years of practical experience in the field of template programming. Knowledge of the utilities industry is helpful, but not a must
- Specialist knowledge: You have in-depth knowledge of SQL and Delphi languages as well as IT-technical contexts, with which you find acceptance among our customers' specialists, develop requirements in a targeted manner and successfully implement appropriate solutions
- Personal skills: In addition to your analytical skills and your precise, independent way of working, you have a strong affinity for IT. You also have a good understanding of complex interrelationships
- Mindset: You are characterized by your interest and willingness to learn, build up in-depth know-how within the utilities industry and thus develop into an expert for our customers
