Job description

You will be responsible:

-Executing the growth levers in line with global hard franchise commercial strategy; focus on #1 convenience retail brand in CEE ambition by developing main CVPs (range, story, service, experience)

-She/he will be responsible for driving key strategic product categories - food to go & fresh beverages by setting up global standards, that will be used by markets

-Support in building commercial community by best practices and key learnings sharing on regular basis Global/Regional/Local

-Leading category management projects (range development, new products and services launches, pricing approach creation, merchandising, promotions calendar, waste management, Convenince Academy, etc.), that deliver the best shopping experience to customers

-Developing strategic product categories: food to go, food for later and fresh beverages by defing the relevant processes, technology and equipment

-Leading innovation projects - digitalization of customer experience (mobile app development, self checkouts, digital price tags), new sales channels launch (Delivery, Click&Collect) and in-store services (PUDO, lockers, ATM, EV chargers, bills, tickets)

-Supplier and external partners negotiations on the central level and maintaining the effective collaboration

-Ongoing analyses of assortment in hard franchise business, customers behaviors, industry trends, direct and indirect competition activities to identify the ways of business development and resolve underperformance when necessary

Job Description



You will be responsible:

Qualifications



-7+ years of experience in the profession (including project/product/category management)

-Commercial skills learnt within commercial leadership positions

-People and customers are our business. That is why you are focused to understand their needs and managing private label products (under BONVENO brand) based on internal processes, customer needs and insights in order to assure product pipeline

-University degree, business driven mind-set

-Passion and interest for an international work environment. Experience in working on an international Brand will be an advantage

-Commercial skills learnt within commercial leadership positions

-Strong analytical, business process/understanding and delivering to key metrics/investments/timeframes

-Hands-on & role model attitude and teamplayer: Leadership skills, influencing others without the need of top down direction. Together we reach the top
