- Full-time
At Bosch, we shape the future by inventing high-quality technologies and services that spark enthusiasm and enrich people’s lives. Our promise to our associates is rock-solid: We grow together, we enjoy our work, and we inspire each other. Welcome to Bosch.
The Robert Bosch GmbH is looking forward to your application!
Join the MEMS world market leader! Together we shape the future of MEMS sensors and enable innovative automotive, consumer & industrial applications.
- As a system architect, you will work in a team of experts on innovative MEMS sensors in the pre-development phase for consumer or automotive products. You will be responsible for defining hardware and software architectures and interfaces between components and host systems.
- You will also drive the development from brainstorming to proof of concept, model-based simulation, code generation and implementation through to verification. You are responsible for technical sub-project management and are the central point of contact for the interdisciplinary development team.
- Throughout the project, you will derive requirements and coordinate cross-departmental activities with the teams working on ASIC, micromechanics, packaging, characterization and final testing. You will define work packages and track the results and their documentation.
- In addition, you and the team will oversee the physical root cause analysis of the sensor behavior through experimental characterization, investigative models and model-based system simulations and adapt the system functions accordingly.
- Last but not least, you will transfer the results of pre-development to series development by formulating conclusive recommendations based on your findings and proven results. To ensure sustainable development, you will protect our intellectual property by registering inventions.
- Education: University degree in microsystems engineering, electrical engineering, physics or a comparable course of study
- Experience and Knowledge: Professional experience in the field of sensors (MEMS); good technical understanding; sound knowledge of signal processing and Matlab.
- Personality and Working Practice: You work in a very structured way, enjoy acquiring new knowledge, have excellent communication skills, like to inspire those around you and you have a high level of intrinsic curiosity.
- Enthusiasm: you enjoy improving existing and developing new MEMS sensors; you are excited about introducing new concepts and advanced technologies into future product generations
- Languages: very good written and spoken German and English
Application deadline up to and including 10th of March 2024.
