Für unseren Bereich suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Teilzeit für 25 Stunden / Woche einen

Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) Administration / Rezeption

Ihre Aufgaben

• Selbstständige Bearbeitung administrativer Aufgaben im Hinblick auf Angebote, Bestellungen, Wareneingängen oder Rechnungsprüfungen
• Unterstützung der Werksleitung im operativen Tagesgeschäft
• Kooperative Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Geschäftsbereichen
• Selbstständige Vorbereitung und Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung verschiedener Projekte
• Bearbeitung allgemeiner administrativer Aufgaben, wie dem Planen von Meetings und Events, sowie der täglichen Unterstützung des Office-Managements
• Vertretung und Unterstützung von Kollegen im Bereich Administration oder bei Bedarf an der Pforte zur Betreuung von Besuchern
• Betreuung von Fremdfirmen im IT- und Telekommunikationsbereich
• Unterstützung bei kleineren IT Fragen und Problemen

Ihre Qualifikationen

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
• Erste Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position wünschenswert
• Grundlegende Englischkenntnisse 
• Sehr gute Organisationsfähigkeiten
• Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office Anwendungen, SAP, CRM 
• Eine ergebnisorientierte, strukturierte und diskrete Arbeitsweise, mit einem hohen Maß an Eigeninitiative
• Organisationstalent 
• Kommunikationsgeschick sowie ein ausgeprägtes Beziehungsmanagement
