JOIN OUR DIGITAL HYPE PLANNING TEAM!
The Digital Hype Planning team is responsible for planning and coordinating Hype activities across adidas ecommerce platforms, including Hype drops from key partnerships such as adidas x Gucci.
In close collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders, we deliver the ultimate hype consumer experience across markets and platforms. With stakeholders ranging from markets to Global BU, the Planning team is involved in campaign execution at all stages. Our responsibility is to oversee the calendar and give clarity around what will launch when and how. We then ensure all elements are brought together in time for a smooth execution.
GROW YOUR CAPABILITIES THROUGH MEANINGFUL TASKS & PROJECTS
- Provide planning support to enable critical adidas campaigns & product launches.
- Assist with maintaining and tracking team tasks and communicate updates to the wider business.
- Support in the execution and completion of defined project plans through effectively coordinating people and resources.
- Support in identifying and implementing process improvements in partnership with Market and Global teams.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders, collect feedback, and address it within the team.
- Assist with presentation preparation for internal and external team meetings.
WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A MATCH
- Student of Business, eCommerce, Sales, Marketing, Digital or a related field
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Strong MS Office skills
- Experience in managing highly complex processes, involving multiple teams in different geographies.
Attention to details, quick comprehension, good organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team

- Monthly gross allowance: non-compulsory internship 2.098,00€, compulsory internship 1.590,00 € (Difference due to different taxation, net will be the same)
ELIGIBILITY
- Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship
- Or in the so-called gap year between Bachelor and Master’s degree (gap year regulation only applicable to EU citizens due to working permit regulations)
- Candidates in penultimate year of study preferred (following the internship, students should have maximum one year to graduate)
- Availability for the full duration of the internship from September 2024 - March 2025
- Ability to relocate to Herzogenaurach in Germany for the full duration of the internship
