Job Summary:As a Junior Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in our growth strategy. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients who have expressed interest in our gaming services but have not yet made a deposit. Your goal will be to convert these leads into active and engaged customers.

Key Responsibilities:Contact leads who have signed up on our website but have not yet made a deposit.Provide detailed information about our gaming products and services to potential customers.Persuasively communicate the value and benefits of our offerings.Handle customer queries and objections effectively, providing excellent service.Track and document all interactions and communications with leads.Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a similar customer-oriented role, preferably in the iGaming industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities.Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.A team player with a high level of dedication.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
