Job description
Essential Functions:
Developing technical solutions for new medical devices and further development of existing products, taking into account regulatory requirements and customer specifications, as well as manufacturing and commercial aspects
Organization and communication of project activities between internal project teams as well as with customers and cooperation partners.
Preparation of technical product documentation (design history file) according to internal specifications, guidelines, applicable standards and customer requirements.
Collaborate with QM department to meet FDA and CE requirements related to design, risk assessment, product testing and validation.
Plan, execute and coordinate design verifications, process validations and design transfers.
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for the production of minimally invasive medical devices.
Develop and present project proposals to clients, including costing, schedule, and services to be provided.
Skills, Qualifications, Professional Experience:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in plastics engineering, biomedical engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable discipline
Experience working on product development projects preferred; however, motivated university graduates are also suitable for this position
Experience in project management desirable, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
Team player with a results-oriented approach to work
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a passion for learning
