Your mission

Our Senior IT Engineer (Operations) ensures that our operational processes are agile, secure, and fully aligned with the dynamic needs of our business through continuous improvement, strategic foresight, and effective communication, allowing our organization to thrive in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
- Oversee and coordinate external service providers for high-quality operation services aligned with company standards.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
- Drive operational excellence through process implementation, optimization, and adherence to industry best practices.
- Define Level-1, Level-2, and Level-3 support responsibilities and refine the operation group structure.
- Implement performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor service effectiveness.
- Enhance operational workflows and automate processes in ServiceNow and Azure
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement customized solutions, analyze data for improvements, define SLAs, and coordinate application releases.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in operations management, computer science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of expertise in operation services.
- In-depth technology knowledge, emphasizing ITSM tools (especially ServiceNow), SharePoint, Cloud operations (SaaS, Azure services), Power Automate, CI/CD tools, collaboration software, and end-to-end application operations processes.
- Mastery in ITIL processes and the DevOps model, applying good development practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Expertise in managed service collaboration, including Asset and Configuration Management, Incident and Problem Management.
- Strong soft skills, including a cheerful attitude, conflict resolution, and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Language proficiency: Proficient in English; Spanish and German are a plus.
