For a project at our well-known, international customer AIRBUS in Donauwörth, we are looking for you as a Program Manager for the Program Management Contract Costs area.

TASK

As a program manager for the German NH90 customer, you are responsible for all Performance Based Logistics (PBL) topics for the German NH90 fleet. You are also responsible for the Implementation of the corresponding contractual German Operational Support (GOS) portion of the National Operational Support contract in the PBL program team.

Your task includes carrying out the necessary planning activities, which means integrated project planning as well as evaluating and monitoring the financial performance of the contract.

Your tasks:

• Contract Manager for the so-called Performance Based Logistic (PBL) contract of the German NH90 fleet

• Assisting in ensuring the fulfillment of all contractual obligations (e.g. spare parts deliveries and procurement, repairs, additional orders) while adhering to the goals for costs, deadlines and quality

• Tracking and updating the planning of all program-relevant activities and milestones as well as coordination of the integrated planning of all departments and coordination with the customer

• Monitoring and evaluating the financial performance of the contract

• Support of contract life cycle management

• Participation in the processing of the GOS share for the German NH90 fleet (TTH, NTH, MRFH), including preparation for the start of the contract

• Achievement of the contractual goals while adhering to all cost, time and quality goals

• Collaboration with the Military Support Center (MSC) in France on French Operational Support (FOS)

• Regular exchange and benchmarking with Airbus Defense and Space on the Eurofighter C3 contract, including mutual lessons learned

• Working to achieve and ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction

• Integrated work in the program PBL team

• Ensuring integrated project planning according to Helicopter Integrated Planning standards

• Alignment and synchronization of all internal and external activities regarding the execution of the mentioned contract, including the necessary stakeholder and supplier management

• Monitoring and ensuring financial KPIs with the departments, including coordination of invoicing to and with the NHI

• Establishment and coordination of the EVM with the finance department

QUALIFICATIONS

• Study of industrial engineering or in the area of controlling/finance or comparable

• Professional experience in project management

• Experience working in an international environment

• Knowledge of MS Office, SAP

• Language skills: fluent in German, fluent in English
