As the Lead Expert in the Operational Transfer Pricing team, your role will be dynamic and impactful. You will
Lead Initiatives and Projects: Drive continuous improvement and digitalization of transfer pricing processes, including the implementation of a global transfer pricing tool
Ensure Global Governance: Oversee end-to-end transfer pricing governance processes to guarantee completeness, accuracy, and compliance with group guidelines
Represent Operational Transfer Pricing: Act as a representative for transfer pricing topics within and outside the company, engaging with stakeholders such as auditors, consultants, and peers
Define and Implement Processes:: Lead the definition, implementation, and execution of new processes, governance standards, and calculations from a transfer pricing perspective
Calculation and Communication: Handle tax adjustments for intercompany transactions and coordinate activities with stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication
Ad Hoc Analysis and Presentations: Conduct ad hoc analyses, prepare presentations, and support the mitigation of Internal Audit results through data collection and reviews
Business Partnering: Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including CFOs of Legal Entities, Business Units, Group Corporate Tax, IT, Supply Chain, and other relevant teams
Global Learning Sessions: Lead global learning sessions, contribute to the design and implementation of improvements, and actively engage in continuous professional and personal development
