YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WITH US:
- Collaborate with senior leadership as a trusted advisor to define change initiatives and articulate the vision for organizational change.
- Identify areas for improvement and innovation, assess current processes, systems and practices and use these to develop transformation and change strategies to drive organizational change.
- Implement comprehensive change management plans that include strategies, tactics, resources, and timelines and lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation.
- Identify key stakeholders affected by transformational and organizational change and build strong relationships to secure support for change initiatives. Effectively communicate the rationale, benefits and impact of the proposed changes and overcome resistance through proactive engagement and stakeholder management strategies.
- Develop and lead the implementation of communication plans and strategies, specifying clear, compelling, and consistent messages, formats, timing, and channels to foster a culture of trust, transparency and resilience. This includes a deep understanding of the needs of the employees and adapting strategies based on feedback from the organization.
- Assessing the organization’s readiness to adopt the proposed changes, identifying potential barriers and risks, and developing and implementing strategies to minimize risk. This includes training for managers and employees.
- Definition and monitoring of key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the change initiatives and, if necessary, readjust the strategies to the results.
YOU CONVINCE US WITH:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational psychology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in leading and managing organizational transformation initiatives, preferably in a corporate environment as well as proven experience in change management, preferably in a professional services or consulting firm.
- Distinctive project management skills with the ability to plan, execute and monitor complex projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex situations, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions.
- Certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) and project management (PMP, PRINCE2) is advantageous.
