Support our Product Team at one of our locations or remotely across Germany , starting immediately in full-time as (Senior) UI/UX Designer (m/f/d) and be responsible for our internal platform designs such as MyCampus, our student-facing-software and EPOS, our intern employee-facing software.
Your tasks
- We need your expertise to create intuitive and user-centered design solutions for our employee and student-facing applications.
- Join forces with our other designers to elevate our existing design system. Let's work together on enhancements to ensure consistency and efficiency in our design workflows.
- Develop and implement scalable design processes that empower our team to work smarter, not harder, without compromising on quality.
- Be the bridge between product, engineering, and design. Educate stakeholders on the importance of user-centric design, gather requirements, and ensure feasibility throughout the development lifecycle.
- Dive deep into user research and usability testing to gather valuable insights. Let's use that feedback to continuously improve our designs.
- Bring your ideas to life through interactive prototypes and conduct usability tests to validate them. Let's refine and iterate based on user feedback for the best possible user experiences.
- Help shape our long-term design strategies and vision, ensuring they align with our business objectives.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends and emerging design tools. Let's infuse innovation into everything we do!
Your Profile
- You've got at least 4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, backed up by a portfolio showcasing your design prowess and processes.
- Proficiency with Figma's most advanced features is a must.
- You've got a solid grasp of user-centered design principles and user research methodologies.
- You've collaborated effectively to improve design systems in the past.
- You're a champion for user-centric practices and can effectively educate stakeholders.
- You thrive in cross-functional teams and know how to collaborate effectively.
- You've got an eagle eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Your communication and presentation skills are top-notch.
- You're passionate about education and eager to make a meaningful impact in the Edtech industry.
