In our marketing team, we are seeking dedicated team players who are eager to actively shape our future. As a Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d) at Nova, you will spearhead multidisciplinary products throughout the entire product development life cycle – from concept to revenues. This includes understanding semiconductor market trends, conducting competition analysis, addressing customer needs, devising product strategy, determining positioning, and formulating a comprehensive go-to-market plan.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead the product development to deliver high-quality, superior products with distinguished value to our customers on time.
- Define and lead the product roadmap, deliveries, features, and priorities of the product division throughout the product life cycle.
- Actively interface with internal engineering and R&D teams to facilitate product development milestones.
- Create and manage technical product documentation.
- Lead Alphas and Betas qualification phases of product development and evaluations.
- Analyze and provide market, competition, and customer insights for division decision-making processes.
- Conduct a comprehensive go-to-market plan and sales toolkit.
- Perform field marketing and pre-sale activities with the business group.
REQUIREMENTS
- Academic degree in Chemistry/Physics/Material Science or a related discipline.
- Hands-on experience in semiconductor processing or modeling for several years.
- Experience in customer-facing roles.
- Product management experience in the semiconductor manufacturing-related industry.
- Technical marketing experience is advantageous.
- Work experience as a Product Manager would be beneficial.
- Proven track record of successfully driving projects to completion in a matrix organization; project management skills are advantageous.
- Excellent people, verbal, and presentation skills.
- 20% international travel required.
