We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to provide HR support to the UK Human Resources team at Swisslog.

Make an impact
Key responsibilities will include producing documentation for new starters and helping to support the new starter process. You will assist in setting up the onboarding process for new hires, maintain effective records and documentation for Human Resources and improve and provide processes where required, ensuring that all documentation reflects current business practice and are up to date.
The HR Intern will help support with the annual leave system and work with the team to ensure accurate record keeping. The successful candidate will work closely with Marketing to promote employee wellbeing and support with social events.
Bring to the team
The ideal candidate will be working towards being CIPD qualified or working towards a HR qualification. You will attain good communication skills, be fluent in written and oral English language and have strong knowledge of MS office applications. You will demonstrable ability at proof-reading documents with good attention to detail, as well as proven experience of providing a high standard of customer service both internally and externally.
