Job description
You are part of a cross functional project team developing highly differentiated anchoring systems and defining technology roadmaps. Your role is to lead an international and interdisciplinary team, taking responsibility for technical concepts and their implementation, starting from the initial idea up to series implementation.
Also, you shape the technology roadmap and implementation strategy by working closely with our end-customers on site to develop a realistic understanding of their needs.

Build a technology strategy and a product roadmap to generate substantial results. Set up, motivate, lead, steer and support your technical team throughout the entire development process. Work closely with the internal/external partners and key stakeholders. Assess the technical maturity and the associated risk profile of different solutions. Bring in proactivity mind set hands-on mentality as well as a “can do, will do” attitude to achieve outstanding results together with your team.
