RIZE’s client is looking to recruit a HR Business Partner (m/f/d) in Ratingen.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, business administrationor equivalent
- Min. 5 years of professional experience¸ preferably in theareas of employee relations, selection, organizational change, talent management and training
- Knowledge of compensation practices, employee relations,diversity, performance management as well as labor law
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Team-capable and independently working employee
- Fluent knowledge of German and English (spoken andwritten) required
Your responsibilities:
- Responsible for the screening, selection and hiring of newemployees in cooperation with the hiring managers
- Takeover of talent management, compensation issues,internal communications and Talent Acquisition
- Employment law and procedural advice to management andemployees
- Identify opportunities for employee, manager andleadership development
- Assist in the development, implementation
- ongoing maintenance of compensation programs and advice to management on compensation issues
- HR contact for hiring managers and ATC employees
