Boston Scientific is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern based in Warsaw.
Reporting into the EMEA Graduate Manager you would be working as a Talent Acquisition specialist recruiting interns and graduates for projects at an EMEA level. In this role we can offer flexible/part time working hours e.g 30 hours per week with a civil contract ‘umowa zlecenie’.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Dealing with the hiring process of Interns and Graduates throughout the EMEA Region.
• Advertising, evaluating CVs, screening calls, etc.
• Employer Branding creating and maintaining relationships with Universities and other entities
• Proactively looking for events, career fairs, etc. where we can participate.
• Creating talent pools for future intern and graduate recruitments
• Being up to date on local internship and contract legislation
What are we looking for in you?
• Fluency in Polish and English is a must, German would be a great advantage
• Currently studying as a student in Masters or Bachelors Degree in Human Resources
• Experience in recruitment or HR would be a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize different tasks
