Assistant (m/f/d) to the Head of the Information Technology division
Full-time (38.5 hours per week) / part-time by arrangement
Professional experience required
You will support the division management in all matters relating to day-to-day operations as well as project organization and documentation.
Digital - your contribution is needed
- You will be responsible for the organization, coordination, preparation, follow-up and recording of upcoming appointments and events.
- You will independently coordinate appointments on behalf of the division management.
- You actively participate in the documentation of internal and cross-IT processes and independently contribute ideas for optimization.
- You will independently process administrative and technical inquiries from staff units, assistants and secretariats in other divisions.
- You prepare technical presentations, briefings, statistics and reports at divisional level.
Human - how you fit in with us
- You have a university degree (Bachelor) or comparable knowledge and skills, such as a three-year commercial or IT apprenticeship with relevant professional experience.
- You have at least one to two years of professional experience in assisting a senior management function, ideally in an IT environment.
- You have IT skills, especially with the common MS Office applications and are interested in continuous training and further education.

Remuneration is based on the collective agreement for medical services (TV MD) up to pay group 7 if the requirements are met.
