Tasks and responsibilities
- Monitor client accounts and transactions
- Prepare periodic investor reporting
- Maintain and update investor database
- Assist client services team
- Handle various administrative tasks
- Support client-related and internal projects
Qualifications
- Native or proficient English speaker, German is an added advantage
- Min. 10 years of experience in the finance sector
- Flexibility due to fluctuating workload
- Customer-centric mindset
- Proactive and well-organized team player
- Good IT skills (MS office, in particular Excel)
- Permanent Swiss resident (permit C)
- Provide holiday cover as required
