As a mobile expert, you drive the mobile optimization of our products to ensure and improve the user experience. You are responsible for the continuous planning and execution of the mobile strategy.

This includes gathering and evaluating product and customer insights, and working closely with our UX team, development, marketing, and customer service to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

• Identification, specification and evaluation of product requirements (with input from various user groups and stakeholders)
• Be the mobile product expert towards customers
• Ensure customer value and viability for your product
• Close alignment with company-wide and international stakeholders
• Understand and translate market specific conditions and requirements into a global product strategy
• Plan, develop, and conduct trainings for customers and colleagues
• Plan and develop customer communications jointly with our Communications team

Our Product Management Team is an international team that combines different skills with various educational and national backgrounds. We live entrepreneurial thinking: we “own” our projects and responsibilities, remain flexible, cooperative - and always put the customer at the center of everything.

• At least 5+ years of experience leading projects in the mobile application environment
• Solid knowledge of common project and product management techniques and tools
• Experience in app development and a deep understanding of iOS & Android ecosystems
• Be aware and UpToDate with the latest trends in the mobile and the financial industry
• Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or similar fields
• High technical understanding and excellent knowledge of mobile technologies is a must
• Strong organizational skills and open, proactive communication
• Solid understanding of mobile UX and experience in creating simple, intuitive user interfaces
• Experience with agile methodologies is a plus
• Excellent German and English language skills
