Job description
CTG IT Solutions is currently hiring an IT Support Specialist to strengthen our team within a prestigious European Institution in Luxembourg. Your missions You act as a service desk agent, incident agent and analyst, problem agent and analyst You are in charge of incident analysis, first and second-line customer liaison with the purpose of maximising the first call resolution rate You are offering first and second-line support: remote and on-site support for VIP You participate in reconfiguration/installation of PC environment You document operational support procedures You draft technical content for knowledge database You do the testing and administration of applications You are in direct liaising with system administration and database administration for execution of administration task Your profile You have minimum 3 years of IT experience You speak and write fluently English and French (German is a plus) You have a previous experience in a similar position and are familiar Windows 7/10 and MS Office, Active Directory You are ITIL certified (certification could be obtained within 3 months after the start date) You are recognized for your excellent communication skills, your customer orientation and your diplomacy Our offer An attractive salary package with or without a company car 5 additional vacation days each year A dedicated training program with personal development plans Extra-legal advantages (IT material, banks, ...)
