You will be a part of the Customer Support team for Large Accounts located in the Benelux, Nordics and France and will work closely together with the other CRMs, and the colleagues in this region. You provide support to both local and multinational customers and/or merchants in Benelux & Nordics.

In this role, you:

• Are responsible for keeping the customer information up-to-date in our CRM and other systems, and making changes when requested- Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Collaborate with other internal teams to strive for an outstanding customer service and philosophy
• Collaborate with specialized and/or expert teams to solve complex customer queries
• Are the first point of contact for our largest customers, providing support for all products and services by phone, e-mail and other channels

• Bachelor degree
• First experience in a customer service position is a plus
• Good knowledge of MS-Office software, including Excel and Outlook
• Outstanding commitment, reliability, flexibility and ability to work in a team
• Independent, self-motivated and goal-oriented working style
• Enjoys communicating with customers over the phone
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Intercultural networking and relationship building skills, ability to work in remote, virtual teams
• High level of corporate awareness and commitment to cross-divisional support
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of the tourism sector or the banking sector is a plus
