Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Manager (French Speaker)

Job description

As our Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager you will be primarily responsible for improving the rate at which our website visitors become customers. This involves understanding user behaviour, implementing and testing strategies to improve user experience, and making necessary adjustments to enhance conversions. This role requires close collaboration with marketing, sales, and product teams, and staying updated with industry trends and best practices. The CRO Manager is also responsible for reporting on performance and providing insights to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyzing website traffic and user behavior to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates.
2. Implementing A/B testing, user experience analysis, and website design changes to enhance conversions.
3. Working closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop and implement optimization strategies.
4. Measuring the impact of these strategies and making necessary adjustments to maximize efficiency.
5. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in conversion rate optimization.
6. Reporting on performance and providing insights to senior management.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a similar role focused on Conversion Rate Optimization.
3. Strong understanding of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
4. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
5. Knowledge of CRO best practices and current trends.
6. Excellent analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
7. Strong communication and presentation skills.
8. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
9. French Level: Independent to Proficient
