Become part of our regional Digital Transformation & Innovation and Customer Implementation (DTI&CI) team for Air and Sea! As a Customer Implementation Specialist (m/f/d) you will ensure a seamless integration into the Hellmann landscape, stay close to the market, generate important insights and fulfill regional customer expectations.

» Your tasks:
Execution and management of customer implementation projects in the Air&Sea Europe division
Analysis and creation of processes, IT requirements and documentation
Development and implementation of solutions in the area of reporting, IT/EDI connections
Creation of customer-specific operating procedures and work instructions
Coordination of projects with customers and the Hellmann network
Conducting training for the operational units based on the documentation created
Supporting the operational units in consideration of continuous improvement processes
» Your profile:
Completed logistics apprenticeship and or completed University degree/Diploma related to logistics
Operational experience in the freight forwarding industry in the air and sea freight sector
Experience in project management as well as a systematic and solution-oriented way of working
Experience with customer implementation and in analyzing complex requirements is desirable
Excellent communication skills as well as high customer orientation and ability to work in a team
Very good written and spoken English skills
