Working Student - Finance

We are looking for a person who would like to gain initial experience in finance alongside their studies. And as a Finance Working Student you have the exciting opportunity to look into two different areas of finance: Marketing Controlling and Commercial Finance of our Nordics business.

Role Responsibilities

• Monthly reconciliation of Volume, Gross Sales, Rebates, COGS and BI actuals in SAP EDW on WBS elements, product level and G/L accounts
• Supporting monthly standard reports based on SAP and Excel
• Preparation of SAP data for monthly PR/PO monitoring and analysis
• Supporting in the budget plan process
• Maintenance of WBS elements in SAP, especially beginning of the year and for ad hoc adjustments
• Support in any internal ad hoc
• Trade and Brand investment invoice tracking and contact with GBS, Accounts Payable
• Business partnering to Marketing and Sales
• Update of excel template for internal product pricing list based on SAP

Qualifications

Mandatory requirements:

• Currently enrolled in Bachelor or Master degree
• Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills
• Skilled in MS Officer, especially Microsoft Excel, preferably also SAP EDW

Additional preferred requirements:

• Previous internships / working student experiences, preferably in FMCG
• organized and independent
• Solution-oriented
• Flexible
