Customer Service Advisor with Native level of German- Relocation to Bulgaria

Concentrix work with the world’s leading maker of snacks, with leading market shares in every category in which they compete and holds the No. 1 position globally in biscuits, chocolate and candy. You will be the first point of contact, taking calls, answering emails and responding to web enquiries from consumers. You will have your customer service radar switched on and be ready to showcase your excellent communication skills in order to give each customer a professional and detailed response. In this role you will provide support for a variety of brands and be required to remain knowledgeable on all brands and products as well as maintain up-to-date knowledge on all the processes to support our consumers
