Aareon is a leading provider of SaaS solutions for the property industry. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Product Management Social Housing (m/f/d) to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and driving the design and execution of our product vision, strategy an roadmaps.
Your Tasks:
Develop and articulate the overall product strategy for social housing that aligns with the company’s overall vision and goals.
Lead a team of product managers and other stakeholders to deliver innovative and effective products.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and trends and support the Management Board in the make-buy-partner-decisions.
Communicate the product vision and strategy to internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners and investors.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and positioning for new products and features.
Monitor industry and technology trends to ensure the company’s products remain competitive and relevant.
Your Profile:
5-6 years of product management experience, including leadership positions
Strong understanding of the SaaS and property industries
ERP Knowledge
Proven track record of designing and executing product strategies that have resulted in significant growth and success
Excellent leadership, communication and collaboration skills
Strong analytical, s trategic thinking and the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
Fluent in German and English
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field
