JOIN OUR CUSTOMER FULLFILLMENT TEAM: 

Customer Fulfillment is responsible for managing the partnership between SCM and wholesale. It becomes the local SPOC for business, coordinating the complete process from sales order entry to on time delivery of all products to wholesale customers in the Clusters. 

It is also responsible to identify supply chain initiatives that are mutually beneficial (revenue generations and cost reduction) to the adidas Group and customers, which will provide a long-term impact for both parties in close collaboration and alignment with other SCM functions for implementation of strategic initiatives. 

GROW YOUR CAPABILITIES THROUGH MEANINGFUL TASKS & PROJECTS:

• Work in partnership with Customer Services and Sales to understand priorities addressing issues and risks providing solutions where possible including SCM processes.  

• Support order book conversion by working with business key areas; evaluate speed and availability drivers, address availability and efficiency topics. Work proactively with them and customer service to implement corrective actions to achieve monthly and quarterly objectives (e.g., Net Sales, COTIF). 

• Provide service excellence to all relevant interfaces to ensure order book execution, issue resolutions and integrity on time product availability, order book conversion and outbound delivery.

• Student with a focus on Business, Information Systems, SCM, Operations, Logistics or similar

• Knowledge and awareness of: Product Supply, Global Logistics, Supply Chain Development

• Structured, organized and process orientated, with an analytical mindset  

• High resilience and solution-oriented attitude 

• Team player who enjoys working in an international environment 

• Very good communication and interpersonal skills 

• Strong MS Office skills

• Fluent in English both verbally and written

• Monthly gross allowance: non-compulsory internship 2.098,00, compulsory internship 1.590,00 (Difference due to different taxation, net will be the same)

ELIGIBILITY 

• Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship 
• Or in the so-called gap year between Bachelor and Master’s degree (gap year regulation only applicable to EU citizens due to working permit regulations)
• Candidates in penultimate year of study preferred (following the internship, students should have maximum one year to graduate)
• Availability for the full duration of the internship from September 2024 - March 2025
• Ability to relocate to Herzogenaurach in Germany for the full duration of the internship
