As a LEAD FOR THE COMMUNITY OF PRACTICE “Data Science and Machine Learning I am a key player in developing innovative solutions for our Business Units by using the power of Machine Learning.
Lufthansa GroupDigital Hangar enhances customer travel by consolidating Lufthansa Group's digital skills.
By building "Communities of Practice," we foster exchange and drive excellence in our operating model. We seek an experienced leader for our 'Data Science and Machine Learning' Community of Practice.
- I'll lead the Data Science and ML Community, shaping its digital strategy in the Digital Hangar.
- I will empower teams to innovate and make data-driven decisions.
- I'll define and align the community's vision with organizational goals, establish sustainable structures, and coordinate with other Communities of Practice (CoPs).
- I'll evaluate new AI and ML technologies for innovation potential.
- Operating in a diverse, international environment, I'll support my team in delivering high-quality solutions quickly.
- I'll provide feedback and guidance to CoP members, aiding in their career development.
Voraussetzungen
- I have at least 3 years of experience in managing and leading data and analytics teams
- I have at least 5 years of experience in current technologies and architectures in the field of data and analytics
- In-depth knowledge of the field of AI &ML eg.: statistical analysis methodology and modelling approaches, including hands-on experience
- Experience in cloud computing environments such as Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform
- Knowledge of software development processes, dependencies and digital productsplus methodologies and frameworks like Scrum and Kanban
- Coding experience with eg.: SQL, Python andother data science libraries (SciKit-Learn, PyTorch, PySpark. etc.)and software development platforms (Docker, Git, CI/CD)
- Very good command of the English language
