Job description
For one of our European Institution client, we're seeking for a Fullstack Developer (PHP/Symfony/Angular) to strengthen our team. Mission Creation of the development environment necessary to perform development and maintenance work on the requested applications Setting up the test metadata necessary for the correct working of the applications Setting up the databases and their connections necessary for the correct working of the applications Knowledge transfer documentations and interviews with the team and applications' owners/users Functional and technical analysis of existing solution Encoding/updating planned work in Jira based on the above (on top of already assigned tasks) Evolution towards micro frontends to ensure integration while containing impact of new component versions deployment Integration of already identified new functionalities and components, as defined in Product Requirements sections of project documentation Analysis and implement of new user requirements Addition, improvement, correction, or removal of functions Improvement, optimization of performance, code optimization/refactoring, alignment/update following evolution of used frameworks in line with best practices and guidelines Identification of requirements (code analysis, interviews/meetings with application owners and users) Improvements of existing metadata and functions Implementation, Testing and Validation of functions Deployment and monitoring in production Active participation in meetings related to: progress, team, users, and others Proactive preparation of work plans (e.g. Jira backlog grooming) Clear progress reports (e.g. daily update of Jira tasks) Regular updates of the overall planning at agreed intervals (e.g. weekly or bi-weekly) Production of intermediate and final reports as well as minutes/notes of all meetings Proper use of supplied system for work organisation (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) Knowledge and skills The main existing tools/environments to be taken into account for this position are: Angular (14+) PHP, Symphony, API Platform Bootstrap Oracle, PL/SQL Experience with Micro-frontend architecture, Unit testing, DevOps Business Objects CITnet: source code repository, project task tracking and monitoring, documentation in Confluence Wiki. Other repositories/systems might be provided as well Development environment as required by the team and EC services Testing automation (following current project practices and EC technical evolution) Profile Minimum Bachelor degree Minimum 5 years' experience in IT sector English mandatory, French is an asset Cronos Europa is an IT and digital communications company uniquely dedicated to serving the European institutions, agencies and bodies.
