Job description

For one of our client of the banking/Finance sector, Aubay is looking for a TA AML/KYC consultant. The banking/Finance sector represents 38% of Aubay group turnover. Responsibilities Participate to investor on-boarding and due diligence Collect and classify documents according to regulations (e.g. : FATCA, CRS, AIFMD, Ubo identification...) Fullfill IT systems to allow a proper documentation on handled cases Manage analysis of complex structures Support for clients, investors and distributors Contribute to projects Profile Between 3 and 5 years' experience in compliance/AML KYC in the Private Equity, Real Estate, Debt, Infrastructure industry, with specific knowledge of local AML/KYC requirements in Luxembourg Degree in law, Finance or economics Working experience in investor KYC under Luxembourgish laws Ability to conceptualize processes Tools : Microsoft Office, MFTA, BI Publisher, Access Languages : fluent in French, English and Italian We offer A salary package including extra-legal benefits; A dynamic working environment within a human-sized company.
