Job description

You feel at home in agile development, have the necessary flair for your team members and are up for a new position of responsibility? Then become a Product Owner (m/f/d) of one of our product at dSPACE. As a product owner, you are responsible for maintaining and prioritizing the backlog along the needs of our customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for two agile Scrum teams and their continuous development. As the whole segment is developing according to the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), you will ensure a good collaboration between the teams in the release train. Your Tasks

• Analyze and prioritize customer requirements
• Define product features to be developed in close coordination with stakeholders and development teams

Your Profile

• You have a B.Tech/M.Tech university degree in Computer Science.
• You have an extensive agile methodology suitcase and can look back on several years of professional experience as a Product Owner, preferably in automotive domain.
• You are familiar with model based design and development using MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow
• You are an excellent communicator with good presentation skills.
• You have a customer-oriented approach and entrepreneurial mindset.
• You are enthusiastic about agility, change management and team development.
