The PositionAs Process Manager, you are responsible to design, build and implement standardized global operations processes to ensure operations competitiveness and GxP-compliance. The area of expertise for this position focuses on Business Processes for Production and Manufacturing Execution and their implementation into the appropriate IT-Systems (e.g. SAP PP-PI).
Become part of the Process and Programm Management (PPM) Production & Manufacturing Execution team and support the delivery of our high-valuable products to our customers in time and quality, as our blockbuster Jardiance.
Tasks & responsibilities
- In your new role, you will define the level of standardization for global Production and Manufacturing Execution Business Processes (according to ISA 95) in coordination with Global Process Owner.
- Together with IT-Specialists and local Business Experts, you will identify improvement opportunities and define solution proposals for state-of-the-art processes and systems.
- You will ensure GxP-compliance of processes and maintain validation and software lifecycle documents for applications including testing and training processing.
- Furthermore, you will govern performance, continuity, and sustainability of processes in your area of responsibility.
- Finally, you will empower global process implementation and act as Project Manager for global deployment projects. This also includes the opportunity to get to know our state-of-the-art production technologies worldwide

Requirements
- University Degree (master, diploma) in Natural Science, Pharmacy or Business Informatics
- Several years’ professional experience in a pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical production or supporting areas (e.g. quality compliance in production)
- Profound working experience in business process design and implementation of highly integrated and standardized solutions
- Deep expertise with SAP PP-PI and in-depth knowledge in handling regulatory requirements (GxP) concerning pharmaceutical processes and computer system validation
- Experience in leading (sub-)projects
- Dedicated team player with structured problem-solving skills (BPE knowledge is an asset) as well as IT affinity
- Excellent communication abilities with fluent English and good German skills
- Willingness to work flexibly and to travel (<25%) paired with agility to support sites in different time zones. Working from home is partially possible
