Responsibilities
- Responsible for the achievement of distributor e-commerce business targets (Sales, Gross Profit) and other non-financial targets. Build the customer’s Digital marketing plan to drive sales, in partnership with digital marketing.
- Defines & implements specific e-commerce country-distributor strategies and annual plans to secure target achievement which are fully consistent and compliant with FHCS’s overall strategies, KPI's and objectives (Attack product implementation, Distribution increase, Category Management, NPD trade introduction, Sales Digital Media execution, Product focus).
- Acts as a corporate entrepreneur, creates, develops, and executes ideas and initiatives which are relevant not only for the countries he/she is responsible for but for the company in total.
- Acts as an ambassador and ultimate representative of the FHCS organization within the local country; builds company image by collaborating with customers, community organizations, authorities, and employees in line with the Guiding Principles and ethical business practices.
- Responsible for e-commerce entry strategy execution and for giving guidance and support to distributors to implement Category Management and Joint Business Planning approach - in all aspects (listings, outlet-distribution, sales, merchandising, promotions, logistics) - have complete understanding of customers’ business activity and build effective relationship.
Qualifications
- Min 5 years e-commerce sales professional experience in an international and multi-cultural environment. (experience in FMCG business beneficial)
- University degree required
- Fluent in written and spoken: English and another language (beneficial)
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and technologies and digital marketing
- Strong knowledge & understanding of KA, customers & competitors, full understanding of client P&L and ways to activate
- Strong sales managerial experience and leadership qualities and commitment to personal development and talent management
