Responsible for customer change request management as a process owner in several projects.
Responsible for definition, tailoring, setup, optimization, maintenance, training and support for process and tools.
Management of all change requests regarding estimations, approvals and offers.
Close cooperation with program manager, SW/HW project lead, domain leads, system- and software architect, functional safety manager, customer and suppliers.
Responsible to manage and track the estimation done by the development teams.
Moderate internal alignment meetings regarding specific change requests.
Preparation and steering of external/internal Change Control Board (CCB).
Data handling of customer change requests.
Consolidate estimations to create change request offers to send to the customer.
Ensure import and updates of the requirements database for ordered change requests.
Status reporting (internally/externally)
What You Need :
University or bachelor degree in engineering (electrical engineering, information technology) or hard science. Master’s degree in related field preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in project teams (team size > 30 project or team members).
Experience with SW development projects and processes.
Experience and good skills in working with software tools in general (JIRA, Confluence, DNG, Excel, …).
Excellent skills in MS Office.
High sense of responsibility, can work independently in the area of change request management.
Able to push forward topics, decisions and escalations in heterogeneous teams.
Able to abstract complex topics, to derive generic and simple concepts as solutions.
Technical and commercial German and English fluently.
Ability to analyze, to communicate and to present.
Ability to work structured, precisely and under pressure
