What awaits you at Mynaric

• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, particularly the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
• Ensure compliance with group policies and procedures and the effectiveness of internal procedures, particularly those designed to protect the Company's assets and the safety of property (and persons).
• Monitoring controls to ensure that they effectively mitigate risk, taking a cost/benefit approach.
• Ensure proper SOX404 reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Group procedures and local regulations through close collaborate key internal stakeholders.
• Responsible for Risk Analysis and Prevention through the identification of key risks, compilation of risk assessments and the monitoring and following up of internal control self-assessments.
• Conducting of regular and extended reviews (audits) of departments to ensure that sound internal controls are in place. Internal control reviews may be extended to key service providers (vendors).

What you bring with you

• You have successfully completed your business studies.
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in controls and/or risk management, ideally with project management experience.
• You are proficient in the use of MS Office products, especially Excel.
• You are also very familiar with the use of ERP systems (SAP S4/HANA).
• You are characterised by a results-oriented, reliable and proactive approach. You are used to working conscientiously and enjoy working independently and on your own responsibility.
• You are fluent in German and English.
