We are a technology specialist in three segments: Electronics and antenna solutions for the original equipment of vehicles (Desay SV), antennas and accessories for the mobile and stationary aftermarket (ATTB) as well as testing, analysis and optimization of antenna systems (ATC). Your Tasks
- Independent leadership of cross-functional project teams for the structured coordination of a project from planning to development to start of production (SOP), as well as the generation and management of change requests
- Creation and management of the project plan to achieve the set milestones on time
- Project controlling with regard to schedule, costs and risks, documentation of project progress
- Management of project risks, responsible for early escalations
- Close coordination with customers, suppliers, internal functions and management
- Ensuring lean and efficient development processes
Your Profile
- Completed commercial or technical specialist or university studies
- Professional and industry experience desirable
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Knowledge of foreign languages (written and spoken English)
- High organizational talent
- Confident appearance
- High level of entrepreneurial thinking
- High degree of decisiveness
- Confident handling of SAP and MS Office
- Knowledge of auditing regarding products and processes
