Associate Director* PSE E2E Supply Chain

In the position as "Associate Director* PSE E2E Supply Chain" you are responsible for the strategic direction setting, technical design, cross-funtional alignment, implementation and run of the assigned funtional solution in the area of E2E Supply Chain. This includes Transportation Management, Cross-company logistics, Traceability Solutions, Master Data Management aspects and integration into the other quality and production systems. You will manage the corresponding team.

Aufgaben:

• Strategic direction setting, roadmap release planning and deployment of the solutions in scope
• Responsible for the technical solution architecture and design for requirements in alignment with the Global Process Owner and the Domain System Architect
• Responsible for the application lifecycle management of the assigned SAP or other software modules, management of all changes and validation activities delivered by cross-functional team members and external implementation and service partners
• Responsible for the management of the governance process for the assigned functional area and the alignment of priorities between business, technical organizations and interface partners
• Responsible for the management of the team, talent development, recruiting of new team members, mission development and alignment within the organization and the stakeholders of the organization

Qualifikationsprofil:

• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in Business administration, logistics or biological or chemical sciences
• At least 7 years of professional experience in a pharmaceutical environment
• At least 3-5 years of experience in leading employees
• Experience in the areas of Chain Identity (COI) and Chain of and Chain of Custody (COD) are preferable
• Optionally you can provide first experiences with SAP
• You have the ability to think and work in an interdisciplinary way
• Strong stakeholder management skills to successfully work in cross-functional complex teams and fast-moving environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills especially for technical content
• You should be able to communicate fluently in German (B2 level) and English
