What you can expect
Build the vertical structure and team for automobility with its subcategories such as tires, batteries, 2wheel and parts centrally and across all business units in the Rhenus group.
Develop a deep industry expertise and subject matter experts to unlock the potential of existing customers in the group as well as identify and winning new ones together with the business units.
Lead strategic customer dialogues with global decision makers to identify customer's business objectives, supply chain requirements & challenges.
Identify new growth opportunities based on market knowledge, personal network and technology trends in top-tier and mid-tier customer segments.
Proactively identify opportunities and develop recommendations on a global & regional level based on financial attractiveness, risk and fit of customer requirements with Rhenus capabilities.
Developing segment strategies and business plans, improving the performance of vertical and sector-specific management and building and expanding relationships.
What you bring
You have successfully completed your bachelor's or master's degree and more than 5 years of international and leadership experience.
Proven breadth and depth of experience in the automotive mobility industry and with global customers and in-depth knowledge of automotive value creation and value stream mapping.
International expertise and knowledge of core markets China, India, USA, Brazil, Mexico, Germany and consultative and proactive mindset and demeanor.
Excellent global customer network in the respective sector / industry and understanding of industry focus on TCO, productivity improvements and effective inventory management.
Experience in participating and leading competitive RFP/RFQ scenarios - evaluating, presenting solution options and closing deals.
Strong communication skills, including experience in presenting to and engaging with high-level stakeholders and fluency in written and spoken English and German.
