Act as Lead System Designer for MEMS, specifically MEMS A+G
Define MEMS system specification based on terminal device requirements.
Be responsible for system-level analysis, evaluation, and problem solving of MEMS devices, establish MEMS A+G system evaluation capabilities, and establish temperature drift noise model. Support to solve the technical challenges identified from the supplier side.
Cooperate with European partners to focus on the research and development of key MEMS A+G technologies, such as MEMS design, ASIC control, and process technologies, to ensure the competitiveness of the system in the market.
Follow the industry trends, identify the future directions, and ensure competitiveness advantages in this technology domain.
Ihre Qualifikationen:
Extensive experience in MEMS A+G field, strong system architecture/system design capabilities, deep understanding of complete MEMS A+G device design and manufacturing, successful mass production experience, and strong innovative design capabilities
Analytical thinking, strong in communication, and be able to effectively communicate within company, with suppliers, universities and research institutes
