Your responsibilities
- As a QHSE engineer you will have a variety of tasks such as assisting the project and tender departments to make our projects as safe as possible by design.
- You’ll be responsible for updating and maintaining our management systems, setting up QHSE campaigns, taking part in incident investigations, risk assessments and audits.
- You’ll be collaborating with employees of all nationalities and disciplines. DEME's objective is to provide a healthy work environment, to promote sound work practices and a healthy lifestyle for everyone involved in our business. QHSE is therefore one of our most vital departments and involved in all Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental matters on our projects, vessels, and in HQ.

Your profile
- You hold a diploma “ingenieur Arbeitssicherheit”.
- Experience in the field of QHSE and/or safety management systems is a plus.
- You have an analytical mind and are able to work accurately.
- You have excellent operational skills.
- You have good communication skills, both written and verbal, in German and English.
- You are prepared to work in our office in Bremen, Germany.
