What you can expect
As Team Leader to the Global Complaint Team Germany and the Commercial Quality Germany Team you are part of the Quality Germany, Commercial & Operations team. You are leading the German complaints team and will take care of the quality systems of the German affiliates.
- You are the contact for German authorities in terms of actual quality complaint cases and you are responsible for the communication with manufacturers and affiliates
- You are responsible for investigation and risk classification of quality customer complaints
- You will monitor the implementation of the defined measures in the event of critical complaints
- You coordinate the German commercial CAPAs
- You will prepare and host customer audits and inspections by german authorities
- You develop and implement the global QMS within the commercial affiliates including Commercial Quality KPIs in accordance with global QA guidelines and local needs
- You will ensure that Global QA and local business leadership is kept informed of all relevant activities
- You perform self-inspections of commercial affiliates as required
- You update local SOPs for customer complaints and ensure training of the international team
Who we are looking for
- You have a university degree, diploma in the field of natural sciences
- You have already gained experience in a similar role in QM/QA in the pharmaceutical industry
- You have a good understanding and experience with supply chains (ideally)
- You have in-depth knowledge of Good and Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
- You have strong knowledge of MS Office and databases
- You are fluent in English and German
- The position is limited for 1 year
