In this position, you will define the standard Supply Chain Solutions that Rhenus can offer to small and medium-sized customers in collaboration with IT, Sales, and Operations to develop this suite of standard solutions.
You will identify what tailored solutions Rhenus can provide to large and strategic accounts. This will include EDI/API integration and more.
In addition, you will create guidelines for dealing with special requirements of large/strategic customers to ensure efficiency and cost-consciousness throughout the whole onboarding process.
You will create an environment where sales, operations, and IT colleagues work together to understand and serve our customers.
Last but not least, you will define a documentation base where all stakeholders can follow the integration progress and have full transparency on aligned services.
What you bring
Your basis is a university degree, ideally with a focus on logistics, business informatics, or a comparable education.
Additionally, you have gained at least 7 years of comparable experience in the Forwarding industry.
You are able to guide the sales force in selling these solutions and to communicate with IT colleagues and operations about what is needed.
