Our Tech Department is the heart of ABOUT YOU driven by the passion to develop the best infrastructure & applications. Our Finance Tech Team ensures the technical workflow between the Finance Team and our internal Tech Teams by handling up to 1 million transactions every day!

As part of this growth and exciting future plans, the FinTech team is upgrading their systems to Microsoft Dynamics F&O (formerly Dynamics AX) to ensure best-in-class support, operational processing, and reporting for all our stakeholders.

As our F&O Product Lead (m/f/d) you will develop and improve our existing NAV application. In collaboration with the Product Lead, your goal is to ensure the technical work flow between the Finance Team and other internal tech teams that is handling up to 1 million transactions – every day!

What you will do

Manage and support a team of product managers, assist in decision-making processes and be attentive to challenges and needs during daily operations

• Closely collaborate with stakeholders (business and tech) in order to understand their needs, advocate smart and business-value driven solutions across your tech teams, as well as to sensitive stakeholders to the tech perspective
• Act as a leader for your team, keep spirits high and get yourself involved wherever needed
• Customise and configure Dynamics 365 F&O modules to meet client-specific needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and business processes
• Recommend process optimizations compliant to the best practices for handling different processes in F&O
• Provide expert guidance in F&O implementation including data migration and end-user training
• Conduct workshops and demos to ensure smooth transition into F&O
• Identify problems and find efficient and pragmatic solutions for blockers
• Work in an international environment with flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes

Who you are

In-depth knowledge and understanding of business processes such as Sales, Procurement, Finance and the ERP modules supporting these processes

• At least 10 years of experience as Finance Consultant in ERP systems and min. 4 years experience MS Dynamics 365 F&O and implementation projects
• Minimum 2 years of experience in managing team environments that enable tech teams to function at their best
• You ideally have a good understanding of finance and accounting
• You have excellent communication skills and can easily put yourself in someone else’s perspective
• You are analytical, data-driven and focus on efficiency and solutions
• You have a proactive attitude, want to take responsibility for your decisions and go the extra mile when needed
• You are always prepared, well-organized and on time
• You are comfortable working in an international working environment
