Kommunaler Versorgungsverband Baden-Württemberg (KVBW) is a public corporation with the business areas of civil servant pensions, benefits, municipal personnel services and supplementary pensions. Its geographical area of operation covers the state of Baden-Württemberg. The association is headquartered in Karlsruhe with a second office in Stuttgart.
At our office in Karlsruhe, we are looking to fill the following position in the Technology and Infrastructure department at the earliest possible date:
IT system administrator (m/f/d)
Grade A12 LBesO / pay grade 11 TVöD, reference number: T 564.24
Your main responsibilities:
- Administration tasks in a mature Microsoft Windows environment
- Support and administration of client applications
- Software distribution and client installations
- Independent implementation of projects
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
We expect from you:
- Successfully completed training as an IT specialist in system integration (m/f/d) or an equivalent qualification or qualification for the higher civil service
- Sound knowledge and experience of the latest Microsoft server and client operating systems
- Experience in software packaging, e.g. AppV, Ivanti, MDT or similar products
- Good knowledge of PowerShell and scripting
- Practice in Citrix administration is an advantage
- Strong comprehension, problem-solving and analytical skills and enjoy working in a team
- Business fluent in German (language level C2)
