As a dynamic Executive Vice President, you spearhead our sales office dedicated to the US market. Situated in Secaucus, NJ and firmly grounded in the US, this role assumes a paramount stance within our executive leadership team. Your primary mandate encompasses developing and executing strategic sales endeavors, driving revenue growth, and growing our customer base within the region.

What you'll do
- Leadership and Team Development:
- Take ownership of our growing US Sales teams (Customer Success, Enterprise Field Sales, Partner Sales).
- Cultivate a highly motivated sales force by nurturing success-driven attitudes, proactive client engagement, and tailored messaging solutions, in collaboration with Global Learning & Development teams.
- Actively participate in sales activities, providing invaluable support by joining your team in customer interactions.
- Manage and optimize your teams' sales funnels within CRM tools and in coordination with HQ Controlling team.
- Business Development and Relationship Building:
- Drive business development initiatives across the US region, amplifying revenue, expanding market share, and forging new customer alliances while nurturing new and existing partnerships.
- Forge executive relationships with customers, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and true advocate.
- Sales Mastery:
- Assume responsibility for our top customers and key prospects, shaping impactful strategies that underscore our value proposition.
What you'll need
- Experience: A proven track record of 10 years in progressive sales leadership within the B2B software industry, consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Industry Knowledge: A deep comprehension of the software and telecommunication sectors, local market dynamics in the Cloud space, and customer pain points in the enterprise sector, particularly in Healthcare and Finance verticals. Pre-existing industry relationships and networks are a significant advantage.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership capabilities, adept at motivating, inspiring, and guiding a diverse sales team. Demonstrated history of coaching and cultivating sales professionals.
- Strategic Thinking: A strategic visionary capable of devising and executing comprehensive sales strategies tailored for the US market and customers, resulting in growth and market expansion.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, harnessing sales analytics and CRM tools to assess performance, identify trends, and provide insightful recommendations.
- Communication: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficient in effectively engaging with C-level executives and stakeholders.
- Location: Based in NJ, with occasional travel of up to 50 percent.
